As an IT executive, I have more than 20 years of experience in managing international IT and transformation projects, in technology consulting and in leading line organisations.

My focus is on managing complex programmes — from the introduction of global ERP and procurement systems to compliance and reporting solutions. I have been responsible for budgets of up to EUR 30 million and have led international teams of up to 65 employees. My work spans the implementation of standard software and SaaS solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Workiva, EcoVadis) as well as custom development (Java, SAP BTP), always with the aim of digitising processes, ensuring compliance and increasing efficiency. A strong hands-on mentality lets me run programmes both strategically and operationally.

One of my greatest strengths is speaking the language of business and IT. I position IT as a business enabler — from strategic alignment through implementation to operations. My broad technical background and my ability to explain complex issues in a way that suits the audience let me translate departmental requirements into viable, technically sound solutions that create measurable business value. I draw on cross-industry experience in retail, financial and insurance services as well as industrial and automotive companies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders up to C-level.

I have wide experience leading managers, steering transformation projects in matrix organisations and taking responsibility for international teams (onshore, nearshore and offshore). I have also built and led agile product organisations — in each case enabling teams to perform at their best and promoting innovation through a modern leadership culture.
