While I have been using the above tag-line - "an active technology & net enthusiast" - for many years on my homepage, I am trying to find a better balance between work, family life and some technical hobbies in recent years.

Current technology-related free-time activities include the KNX (and Home Assistant) smart-home installation in our house as well as my kids' RC cars.
